Arrow films story:
It started out just two guys into bondage and filming who found each other. Jason Cord and Mark Marr were making movies (and picture sets which always told a story) with 8mm cameras, just for themselves. Once the found each other and the video camera for home use arrived, they joined forces and Arrow films began.
The Arrow series (AH and ABC) were made for their own pleasure but were distributed by Harmony and Close-up Concepts, who ultimated acquired ownership of the films. Jason and Mark had a company of stars, Sally, Judith, Susan, Kim, Teri, Jean and a few others. They were all armatures who really liked to role play, and dress up and be bound and gagged.
Occasionally they would be joined by professional model/actresses but this was really a down home hobby for all of us. Jason was a master story teller and Mark did the "high Concept" and costuming work and IT was fun for about 10 years, and only really stopped when Jason became very sick.
They were for us some of our happiest years. We know our work sometimes is funny when not intended, and to often melodramatic, but we always made sure that three things happened in every shoot. Tight Bondage, secure gags, and high heels. I hope you get some enjoyment from our work. Mark Marr 2
